The space
The main living areas are upstairs with a super flow of an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area which are flanked by large glass windows and sliding doors to capture the magnificent views of Chapmans Peak and the sunsets over Noordhoek beach in the distance. The kitchen is an entertainers/chef dream with exquisite views through expansive windows from the kitchen working areas, a well-equipped kitchen with top of the range appliances and equipment. Nespresso coffeemaker, blender, milk frother, baking appliances, Smegg oven and fridge. Breakfasts can be enjoyed sitting at the window breakfast counter, looking out onto the majestic Chapmans Peak with sparkling pool down below. This is also the space for your home office with a printer upon request. Spacious, modern and light with sun streaming in, you will feel the need to kick off your shoes and enjoy this summer beach house.

Downstairs is an additional entertainment area with indoor gas BBQ, fridge and kitchen set-up for outdoor dining. The large sliding doors open out onto the spacious decked patio which steps down onto the long pool and covered lounging area. It’s the perfect place for lazing lunches with a beautiful outdoor dining table, fire pit and comfy sofas.

For those wanting exercise or needing to work-out and stretch, just below the pool area is your private, kitted out gym space with yoga mats, exercise mats and punch bag! After your work-out, enjoy and flop into and cool down into the expansive 14m lap-pool.

There is a full alarm system, house/pool and gardening servicing available.
The house is equipped with Solar panels which provides with enough electricity for WIFI, fridge, TV and lights during load shedding.
The pool has a safety cover.
