The lower level of the house hosts the kitchen and scullery, TV lounge with a fireplace, outside covered dining area, entertainment room with built in braai that leads onto the pool, the games room with a pool table, as well as the home gym and table tennis in the garage.
The upstairs level of the house is where all of the bedrooms are, as well as a full bathroom, home office room with a fold out sleeper couch that sleeps an extra 2 gusts. If you are looking to kick back and relax while watching your favourite comedy, this house has the perfect luxurious home cinema for you to do so.

The Yellowwoods has a large garden with a lush green lawn for the children and doggies to play around in the sun. Around the side of the house, just off from the outside dining area is a sheltered and private fire pit with its own built in cushioned seats, perfect for toasting marshmallows and sitting under the stars.
