The Oystercatcher is a beautifully stylish home that has recently been renovated to perfection. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Kommetjie, just outside of Klein Slangkop Estate. Its great position allows you to walk to the beach in less than two minutes and offers stunning views of both the mountain and ocean.

The garden and outside entertainment area have been completely landscaped and remodeled to make the best use of the space. The brand new swimming pool is surrounded by a large wooden deck and a garden full of indigenous plants and trees. The deck leads onto the front porch where you will find a new built-in-braai and a wood-fired pizza oven.

The large glass sliding doors open onto the front porch and braai area, making it the perfect place for entertaining. The dinning room has a wooden table for indoor dining and is able to seat 6 guests.
