Seascape

Seascape is a wonderful beach house, on the beach in Kommetjie. It is situated towards the end of Long Beach behind the famous Sunset surf break. The double volume open plan living area creates a sense of space and calm as you gaze over the sea towards the surfers to your left and Chapman’s Peak to your right. This home is perfect for 6 guests however there are 2 mattresses that can be used for an additional 2 children. All bedrooms are en-suite and very well appointed with extra length beds, ceiling fans and air conditioning. There is a solar heated pool in the courtyard which is protected from the wind and very private. The living area is downstairs with 1 bedroom en-suite and a guest loo. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and a special viewing deck on the roof to watching the sun go down. There is plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture and a sun longer per person. The house is very well designed being very protected from the prevailing South Easter on the large covered front deck. It is an entertainer’s delight, the kitchen has Miele appliances and the space lends itself to long leisurely lunches and meals with family. There is Wi-fi, DSTV and Sonos.
