Noordhoek Bliss Beach House features 3 bedrooms and a spacious, double-volume open-plan living and dining area, offering breathtaking views of Noordhoek Beach, the ocean, and the surrounding mountains. The house is compact, airy, and filled with natural light—a welcoming retreat for the entire family and the perfect base for exploring all that Noordhoek and the Cape have to offer.

Located at the end of Beach Road in the beautiful vicinity of Chapman’s Peak – only 30 meters away from spectacular Noordhoek Beach. With the famous Chapman’s Peak at the back and the 6 km stretch of white sand at the front of the Beach House, you’ll hardly find a more attractive position to spend your holiday.

Within a 5 minutes stroll you’ll encounter a small commercial district with several shops, wine tasting with delicious tapas style food, an Italian restaurant and our local micro brewery, Aegir, with lots of food options as well. Another restaurant at Monkey Valley Resort is well known for its great views of the beach, while The Jakes overlooks the Noordhoek Common.

Noordhoek’s village centre, the vibrant Noordhoek Farm Village with its four restaurants (including the famous Foodbarn), numerous curio shops, a coffee roastery, an ice cream shop and a raw juice bar is a short drive away.

Cape Point Vineyards, our local wine estate and one of the finest wineries in the entire Cape is located close to the Farm Village at the slopes of the mountains. Here you can picnic, have a wine tasting, feast at the weekly food market or enjoy the wine and food in the restaurant.
