Entertainment:
Indoor and outdoor dining areas and comfy outdoor lounge area on the balcony to make the most of Kommetjie’s beautiful sunsets and surrounds. Large built in fire pit in the back garden for everyone to sit around roasting marshmallows under the stars. Lovely green lawn at the front of the house for the kids and family dog to play around in the sun. The upstairs lounge has a TV with access to Netflix and DStv. Kia Ora is a very short walk to the beach, mountain and nearby shops and restaurants, making it the perfect house and location to explore your surroundings.

Lounge & Dining:
The kitchen opens onto the lounge and dining room where there is a large wooden dining table for everyone to sit together. The lounge has comfy couches and chairs with a wooden coffee table in the middle. The TV in the lounge has Netflix and DStv for when you need to sit back and relax after a day of exploring the mountains and ocean surrounding Kommetjie. The large sliding doors from the lounge open up onto the balcony that surrounds the front of the house, creating a feel of indoor/outdoor living.

Shared Bathroom:
This stylish bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. The shower has sliding doors that lead outside onto the small balcony around the back of the house.

Master Bedroom:
This large bedroom has a King sized bed, lots of built in cupboard space, a lovely wooden desk and chair and it leads out onto the balcony at the front of the house.

Downstairs:
Chill Lounge:
Downstairs has a small lounge with couches and makes a lovely space for kids to play in. Just off from the lounge is the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Second Bedroom:
King sized bed with pedestals, a study desk, ceiling fan. This rooms leads out to the patio around the front of the house and also has its own en suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet.

Third Bedroom:
This bedroom has a queen sized bed, built in cupboards and doors leading out to the front patio and garden.

Kids Bedroom:
Two single beds next to each other and a bunk bed which sleeps and extra two kids.
