Duiker House is situated in the sought-after Duiker Road in Kommetjie. A beautifully designed home, on the sand dunes with uninterrupted sea views throughout. After just a short walk from the famous Long Beach surf break, you can climb into a glorious hot outside shower before wandering onto the comfortable deck over looking the beach to watch the sun set. The house is very private and tranquil, sheltered from the prevailing winds and beautifully designed around a central courtyard. The house itself has one bedroom en-suite and a guest suite on the opposite side of the courtyard which is ideal for 4 guests. There is a small plunge pool in the central courtyard and lots of indigenous vegetation.
