Cormorant Cottage is a magnificent house located in the heart of Imhoff’s Gift estate, just outside of Kommetjie. This double story house sits on a large piece of land with the most beautiful, lush garden and a sparkling blue swimming pool. This home has been decorated with simple yet stunning Balinese-style décor, incorporating nature and a feel of the outdoors for your special getaway.
Cormorant Cottage has a separate self contained flatlet with its own kitchen, bathroom and TV. It comfortably sleeps 2 guests and is perfect for when the teenagers or in-laws want their own space on the family holiday.

This home looks out over the Wildevoelvlei (Lake) where you will often find the opportunity to watch Greater Flamingos splashing around at sunset. While Imhoff’s Gift offers great birdwatching, there is so much more for the whole family to enjoy. The estate has a fun play park for the kids as well as the dogs, and has its own skateboard ramp and mountain bike course. The safety of the community allows the kids to skate and playing in the street until it gets dark, make the most of everything this wonderful estate has to offer, without a worry in the world.

Entertainment
The upstairs lounge leads out to a balcony has a large wooden table with benches for outside dining with incredible views. The downstairs porch wraps around the house with other little seating areas and a little hanging chair. The front garden leads down to the sheltered swimming pool with a large wooden deck, four sun loungers and large sun umbrellas for those hot days you spend splashing around in the pool.
