Buoy Blue is an immaculate home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Kommetjie, just perfect for your friends and family to come spend their Summer holidays. It’s bright and open design allows the natural light to come streaming in, lighting up every corner of the house. The sun sets directly in front of the house, gifting you with the most spectacular views all year long.

Buoy Blue very comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 4 separate bedrooms and has so much to offer during your stay. The front of the house opens onto the beach where all of the entertaining happens. The kitchen, dining room and lounge all have large glass sliding doors that open onto the patio, allowing for a seamless inside/outside flow. The patio has a large wooden table with benches, as well as comfortable couches and a coffee table for you to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the waves. The back of the house has a lovely private garden which is completely sheltered from the wind and perfect for sun tanning or reading your book. The garden also has a hot and cold outside shower for when you want to rinse off the salt and sand after a day spent on the beach. Buoy Blue has two bedrooms downstairs, both with en suites. Upstairs has the third bedroom and Master Bedroom which has a full en suite bathroom. Both of these bedrooms open onto the same balcony with the most incredible views overlooking the ocean and mountains in the distance. The house has a double garage where the washer and dryer are located, as well as off-street parking and an alarm security system.
