Downstairs
Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom has a King sized bed, a walk in closet, large sliding doors opening onto the patio.
En-suite bathroom with deep soaking bath, large walk-in shower, toilet and vanities.

Second Bedroom:
This bedroom has a King bed, sliding doors opening onto the patio and down to the garden. It has built in cupboards and storage as well as a lovely wooden study desk in front of the window.
The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and basin.

Third Bedroom (Kid’s Room):
The third bedroom is considered more of a kids room as it has two sets of bunk beds, perfect for four children to sleep in. The large sliding doors also open onto the wooden deck where the kids can play outside and in the garden.
This bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet.

Middle Floor
TV Lounge:
One of the two TV Lounges are located on the middle floor where it has a comfy L shaped couch and a Smart TV.

Shared Bathroom:
Shower, toilet, basin and mirror.

Fourth Bedroom:
This bedroom also has a King sized bed and a large wooden windowsill where you can sit in the sun and road your book.

Braai & Entertainment Room:
The entertainment room has a built in braai and prep-counter for when you are getting ready to put on the fire. There are a few couches and chairs positioned around a small table, perfect for everyone to sit around and have a drink or play board games together. The large sliding doors open out onto the pool deck, creating a seamless inside-outside flow.

Upstairs
Kitchen, Dining & Lounge:
Upstairs offers a beautiful open plan design between the kitchen, dining area and second TV lounge. The large glass windows everywhere show off the stunning nature that surrounds the house as well as incredible views down to the ocean.
The second TV lounge also has a couches, a Smart TV
